Costco has selected Shutterfly as its provider of photo services, including hosting of those photos. By downloading your photos from Shutterfly, you are directing Shutterfly to securely transfer your photos to your chosen device. Shutterfly’s Terms of Use  and Privacy Policy apply to this transfer.

We cannot guarantee that all of your content will be successfully downloaded; content in unsupported file formats, or source files that are corrupted, unreadable or damaged may result in data loss or inability to successfully download your content. In accordance with Costco’s Terms of Use, you understand that you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of all photo content stored and that neither Costco nor Shutterfly will be liable or responsible to you for any damages or losses that result from this download process.
